Hi, I’m Vanessa, founder of Talent Choice. After 18 years in recruitment and three children later I set up Talent Choice with a clear purpose: to offer businesses in North Dublin and beyond a more personal, flexible and results driven approach to hiring. I don’t run a high volume agency. I partner one to one with businesses who want more than a pile of CVs. Clients come to me when they need someone who really gets their business, who can advise on strategy, spot the right talent, and act as an extension of their team. I do this all from Talent Choice HQ, aka my fully kitted out home office! Whether you're hiring for a scaling business, an expanding accounting team or a niche senior hire, I bring insight, care and efficiency to the process. I know how costly the wrong hire can be and how valuable the right one is. My approach is consultative, honest and hands on. Every search is tailored, combining advertising, local market knowledge and targeted outreach to find the best fit. And because I only work on a handful of roles at a time, my clients get my full focus. I set up Talent Choice to work in a way that makes sense for me, for my family and for the businesses I support. It’s a modern model rooted in traditional values of respect, transparency and engagement.
