As the Marketing Dynamo, your mission is clear: ignite the brand! Here’s what you’ll be up to:

1. Crafting Stellar Campaigns

You’ll be the architect behind marketing campaigns. Think big, think bold! Develop, execute, and measure campaigns that align with the sales and marketing strategy. Your creativity will be their secret weapon.

2. Digital Domination

Dive into managing all digital channels— website, SEO, CRM system, email campaigns, and social platforms. Your goal? Inbound lead inquiries that skyrocket!

3. Wordsmith Extraordinaire

Words matter. You’ll write and manage website content, social media gems, and other marketing magic. Your prose will captivate, inspire, and convert.

4. Activation Architect

Picture this: customer and trade activations that buzz with excitement. You’ll orchestrate these events, leaving a trail of impressed attendees in your wake as needed.

5. Design Diva

Collaborate with design agencies to create materials that pack a punch. Think brochures, banners, and visuals that scream “wow!”—all within company brand guidelines, of course.

6. Material Maestro

Distribution is your jam. From print materials to point-of-sale wonders, you’ll ensure all marketing collateral reaches the right eyes.

7. Budget Whisperer

Numbers don’t scare you. You’ll tame the annual marketing budget like a pro.

8. Sherlock of Insights

Monthly reports? Check. Analysing campaign and digital performance? Double-check. Keeping an eye on competitors? Triple-check. You’re the data detective.

9. Lifelong Learner

Continuous improvement is your mantra. Dive into training projects and evaluate performance like a seasoned pro.

10. Jack/Jill of All Trades

Ad hoc duties? Bring 'em on! You’re flexible, adaptable, and ready to tackle anything management throws your way.

Qualifications & Superpowers

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field .

  • Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in graphic design.

  • Email marketing, lead generation, and SEO? You’ve got battle scars to prove it.

  • 2yrs - 5 yrs relevant experience - Automotive industry highly desirable.

  • Your organisational skills? Next level. Attention to detail? Microscope-worthy.

  • Familiarity with Pardot/Salesforce? High-fives all around!
