My client  a prominent law firm with a strong reputation in both domestic and international legal matters is seeking a Legal PA to join the Employment team.

As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside four other skilled PAs in a dynamic and approachable environment.

Role Overview: The Legal PA will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end legal secretarial support for the team. This position is ideal for an organised and enthusiastic individual who thrives on working with a broad spectrum of people across the team.

Responsibilities: As a Legal PA, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Monthly Invoicing:

    • Taking ownership of monthly invoicing processes to ensure accurate compliance with client requirements.

  2. Client Liaison:

    • Collaborating with clients to address invoicing queries and outstanding invoices.

  3. Client On-boarding:

    • Assisting with incepting matters and ensuring smooth client on-boarding.

  4. Document Management:

    • Accurately managing all filing, including lawyer email filing.

  5. Marketing Coordination:

    • Proactively coordinating marketing activities, working closely with the bids team.

    • Maintaining up-to-date records of professional contacts in our CRM system.

  6. Diary and Travel Management:

    • Efficiently managing diaries and travel arrangements for allocated lawyers.

  7. Expense Management:

    • Handling expenses on behalf of assigned lawyers.

  8. Document Production:

    • Assisting with document production, including transcribing dictations.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Legal PA, supporting senior staff in a professional services environment.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, with the ability to deliver high-quality and accurate work. Experience using i-manage, Big Hands & Bundle Doc’s is highly desirable

  • Personal Attributes:

    • High level of integrity, discretion, and trust when handling confidential information.

    • Adaptable approach to work, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
